Spanish Customer Visits Keruide Factory, Places On-Site Order for Self-Dumping Sweepers

Not long ago, a key Spanish customer made a special trip to Shandong Kruide Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. – all to check out and test-run our top-selling dump sweeper in person.During the visit, our team walked the customer through the production workshop step by step. He got to see every part of how the sweeper is made: starting with the heavy-duty stamping of the main body, then moving to the assembly line where workers fitted core parts like the dual-brush cleaning system and hydraulic dump mechanism. He even stopped to ask questions about the material of the brush bristles and the pressure settings of the hydraulic system, and our engineers explained each detail on the spot.

Later, we took the customer to the factory’s outdoor testing area, where he hopped on the third-generation dump sweeper to try it out himself. He drove it back and forth across the gravel and concrete sections, testing the 1.8-meter-wide sweeping range – and was impressed by how quickly it picked up leaves and small stones. He also tried the one-touch hydraulic dumping function, watching the bin lift and empty smoothly, and noted the 98% waste recovery rate we’d mentioned earlier matched what he saw. After the trial, he patted the sweeper’s reinforced steel body and said, “This build feels solid – it’ll hold up well in our industrial plants and city squares.” He also praised the 8-hour long battery life, saying it would cover a full day’s work without needing a recharge.
